We work with all sections of the Muslim community in order to strengthen our shared values for the benefit of humanity.

We work with an established and growing network of educational institutes nationwide, with all our interactive resources and tools easily accessible across various mediums and settings.

Where do you get your money from?

Musalla Kidz is funded by private and community donations. The majority of our resources are totally free-of-charge, with the exception of a minimal cost for our printed books, in order to cover printing costs and invest in future publications.

What is your school of thought?

All of our content is well-referenced and taken from Qur’an and hadith; the Islamic rulings in our books are based on the Hanafi school of thought.

How do I place an order?

Fill out the Google form on the item page, and submit.

Can I update my order once it has been placed?

As long as it has not been dispatched, you can email us on info@musallakidz.org regarding your order.

How do I pay for my order?

Via PayPal (preferred method), bank transfer or cash.
We will send bank account details, etc. via email.
Please make sure you do not send any payments until we have confirmed the amount due via email.

How will I know the status of my order?

After you submit the Google form, we will email you regarding details of your order, payment and delivery method.
After your order has been packed and sent out, we will send you a tracking number, if applicable.

How long will my delivery take?

This depends on delivery option you choose:

  • Royal Mail: 3-5 working days
  • DPD: up to 2 working days

What happens if I miss my delivery?

If you miss your scheduled delivery, the courier should leave a notification card and may attempt re-delivery on the following working day. In some cases you may be required to get in touch with them to rearrange the delivery. Failure to do so will result in the delivery being returned back to us, in which case you will need to get in touch with us to have your order re-delivered (you will be charged for the return and re-delivery).

How much will my delivery cost?

Delivery costs depend on the weight of the package:

  • Up to 500g: £1.60 (Standard Delivery via Royal Mail)
  • 500g - 750g: £2.15 (Standard Delivery via Royal Mail)
  • 750g - 2kg: £2.95 (Standard Delivery via Royal Mail)

Standard delivery via Royal Mail will not include any tracking options; you can upgrade to their 1st Class or Signed For services as long as you are willing to pay the additional price.

  • 2kg - 20kg: £7.95 (Express Delivery via DPD)

Delivery via DPD is a fully tracked service with signature required upon delivery.

Returns and refunds

What is your cancellations and returns policy?

Customers located in the European Union are entitled to a 14 day cooling off period, i.e. the right to cancel the contract of purchase, under the EU’s Distance Selling Regulations.
We must receive notification of the cancellation in writing within 14 working days, starting from the day after the goods are received. These regulations dictate that we will refund the cost of the item(s) ordered and the original delivery charge.
We are not liable to cover costs of returning the goods. If for any reason we have arranged to collect the goods from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you.

How do I return an item?

All returns should be packed securely in the same packaging in which the items were originally received. If the original packaging has been disposed of or is no longer suitable, goods must be wrapped in appropriate packaging to ensure that the they arrive with us in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for damages caused by insufficient packaging.
The arrangement and cost of returning the goods is your responsibility. We advise that goods are returned via recorded delivery and that proof of postage is obtained in case of the unlikely event of the parcel being lost in transit.

What is your refunds process?

We are unable to offer a refund where goods are unwanted or incorrectly purchased, unless we are notified in writing within 14 working days of receiving the goods.
Where a refund is due, it will be paid into the bank account the purchase was made from within 3-5 working days from the date the returned goods are received. Refunds may take 5-7 working days to appear in an account, depending on the bank
